POWER your summer with SAVINGS!

Our mission is power bill savings!

We’re all too familiar with the story of rising power prices and complex energy plans that are difficult to understand.

Most of us just want to pay a reasonable price for the power we use, but it takes time to review our bills, and with our busy lifestyles, it can be a challenge to find the time.

Based on our market analysis, residential customers pay between $300 and $700 more per year than others. That’s up to $1,400 more over 24 months.

Here at Wise Up, we’re taking on that challenge by offering South East Queensland (SEQ) residents an opportunity to review their existing energy plan and achieve power bill savings.

So don’t wait any longer, join us today!

Eligibility criteria

  • Electricity bills of more than $600 per quarter ($2,400 per year).
  • Freestanding homes only in the Greater Brisbane SEQ – Energex
    network only.
  • Sorry no units as the consumption is generally too low.

What we will do for you

  • Review your bills against what others pay.
  • Check the setup of your electricity meter code (tariff).
  • Use our comparison tools to establish if we can save you money.
  • Negotiate on your behalf with the retailer.
  • Follow through and keep you informed.
  • Provide a personalised report explaining everything.

 What you can expect

  • An investment of $170 +GST.
  • A trusted, independent service, we do not work for the retailers.
  • You are in control and can decide if you wish to proceed.

Getting started

There are a few things we’ll need from you before we can start:

  • Electricity bill – one or four would be great. If you only have one, we’ll estimate your usage over a 12 month period (no one knows how much electricity they will use exactly but basing it on the last year is going to be a good place to start).
  • Authorisation to discuss your bill and consumption with the retailers and in some cases we may also need to speak to your network provider Energex (we will send you an authority form once we’ve received your details).
  • Payment – the one off cost of $170 +GST is payable when you accept this offer.
