At WiseUp, we believe energy should be simple to understand, and so should our terms. These terms set out how we work with you: what we'll do, what we need from you, how our fees work, and what happens if plans change.
A few things never change
- You pay us alone, never energy retailers.
- No commission in your rates, ever.
- We never charge success fees or take a cut of money we recover for you.
- We never sign an energy contract on your behalf without your written approval.
